1. Check the print concentration set by the printer. The default value is 2 for the best results.
2. If no line or piece is printed, check whether there is dirt in the print head. It is recommended to clean the print head with alcohol.
3. The printing paper itself is of poor quality. Please select the corresponding label paper.
4. If the above problems are solved, the printer is faulty. Please contact the after-sales service and send it back.
1. Check whether the software size or template size is different from the actual label size.
2. Check whether there is paper jam on the machine, whether there is foreign matter or glue at the outlet of the machine, and whether the labels are curled. If yes, clean or smooth them.
3. Check whether the machine cannot detect the label. If so, the detector is faulty.

In order to ensure the reliability of the printer, we have designed a variety of protections, including "paper shortage", "paper storehouse opening", "data error", "excessive temperature", "low power" and other protection, please analyze the reasons according to different prompts on the APP.
(1)Please confirm the paper type set by the printer. The paper only supports the dedicated thermal paper of G&G.
(2) If the printer can't stop the process at the same time accompanied by sound, because this volume of printing paper has been used up, please replace the new printing paper.
(3) If the printing process is inconsistent with the text,please open the warehouse cover and close it, and then you can reprint. If this phenomenon still exists, it is a printer fault.
1. Check whether the label paper is installed upside down. Put the label paper into the paper bin with the printing side down.
2. If the label paper is installed correctly, print the self-check page to confirm whether the self-check page is printed normally (printing method of the self-check page: when the machine is started, press the power button twice quickly). If the self-check page is not printed normally, the printer is faulty. If the self-check page is normal, check whether the APP software Settings are correct.

The preliminary judgment is that the device has not been recognized by the APP system for the time being. It can be continuously input 16 0s, click confirm to refresh, and then enter 0000 or 1234 again to enter the system.
1. Check whether the cover of label maker is closed properly. It needs to be opened and closed several times.
2. Check whether the labels are placed in the wrong direction. Place the labels in the correct way.
3. If there is any foreign matter in the machine paper bin or print contact, it should be cleaned up.
4. If the above conditions are excluded, the internal wiring of the machine may be loose due to transportation turbulence, which belongs to the problem of machine damage, you can contact the after-sales service for communication and handling.
