Please clean the print head. If the fault still determines that the print head is damaged, it needs to be replaced.
This problem occurs because of the carbon belt wrinkles. Please adjust the left-right balance performance of the carbon belt.
Please check the carbon belt toner, inner or outer carbon, and then determine the correct installation path.
