1. Remove the tape from the device.Check if there is any tape stuck in the device.
2. If yes, remove it. You can use tweezers or a small paper clip to assist with clearing the jam.
3. Check that the two discs align properly. On the discs, at the level of the cutting blade, you will find two arrows or a wide plastic block. These should be on top of each other.
4. If not, please align the two discs correctly. Holding the top wheel of the device, turn the bottom wheel until the center of the cutter in the top aligns to the wide plastic block of the bottom wheel. There should be a click sound when the wheels are aligned correctly.
5. Press the print mechanism 3 times, without tape inserted.
6. Reinsert the tape.
7. Make a test print.
1. Print labels are exhausted.
2. Two discs are not aligned.
3. Press handle damaged.
1. Cutter damage.
2. The handle is not pressed in place.
3. Two discs are not aligned with cutter position.
1. Do not press and cut at the cutter position without seeing the label.
2. After the label is cut off, please loosen the grip first and then pull out the label.
3. When the impression is shallow or the cutter cuts continuously, the grip press strength is increased.
