Privacy Policy

The Software respects and protects the privacy of all users of the service. In order to provide you with a more accurate and personalized service, the Software will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. However, the Software will treat such information with a high degree of diligence and duty of care. You are deemed to have agreed to this Privacy Policy in its entirety when you agree to this Software Service Use Agreement. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of this Software Service Use Agreement.Before you start using our products and services, please carefully read and understand this Policy, especially the terms marked in bold, to ensure that you thoroughly understand and agree to this Policy before your use.

Ⅰ、How do we collect and use your personal information
You can use " Print Label" to connect, set and manage your label printer and easily use the label printer's functional services from all your mobile devices. In order to fulfill the performance of the core functions of the Software, we will collect and use the following information and data from your mobile device:

1. We will collect your device-related information (operating system version, AP name of the printer, AP password, connected Wi-Fi, and LAN IP address) for connection of the printer device and the network configuration to support printing;

2. We may collect information about your print jobs (template information, and uploaded files) in order to provide you with printing services.

3. Device access permission. To help you with basic functionality, we may invoke some of your device permissions. The required permissions may vary among different systems, and specific explanations on the permissions involved in the systems and the purpose of device access permissions are provided in Attachment 1 Directory of Device Access Permissions. You can choose to turn off permissions at any time in the device's settings function (the way permissions are displayed and turned off may vary in different devices).

Your refusal to provide the above information will not affect your ability to continue browsing the Software. However, we will not be able to provide you with the appropriate professional services.We will not use your personal information and data for purposes other than those stated herein without your consent. It is important to note that the above usage description covers the main ways in which we use your information. When we intend to use the information for other purposes not stated herein, or when we intend to use the information collected based on a specific purpose for other purposes, we will ask for your consent again by way of concluding an agreement, pop-up reminders, etc.

Ⅱ、How do we store and disclose your personal information

1. Storage location
This software is only a hardware driver for your scanner, it is a tool to connect your computer operating system to the scanner hardware, the Software uses the above information just to identify your driver software to make it smoothly installed, it does not store any of your personal information.

2. Information disclosure

1) Based on the satisfaction of the need to provide you with the required services, you agree that we may provide your information to the affiliates, dealers or distributors, authorized service providers of us and third parties related to company transactions (your information will probably be disclosed to third parties as part of a business combination or transfer).

2) We may disclose your personal information under any of the following circumstances:

·To comply with legal requirements or respond to mandatory legal proceedings (such as search warrant or other court order)

·Protect the legal rights or security of us (including its affiliates, business partners/and customers). This clause may be invalid in some countries (regions) or jurisdictions, so it may not apply to you.

Ⅲ、How do we protect your personal information
In order to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure or alteration, we will use reasonable and appropriate encryption procedures to secure the information collected and processed by the Software. However, please note that while we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no website, network transmission, computer system or wireless connection is completely secure.

Ⅳ、How do we handles the personal information of children

1. We will not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or equivalent minimum age specified in the relevant jurisdictions) and we are not target children under the age of 13 (or equivalent minimum age specified in the relevant jurisdictions);

2. If you are a child under the age of 13, please do not submit any personal information through this product;

3. If we receive personal information submitted by a child under the age of 13 through this product, we will delete such information in accordance with applicable law.

Ⅴ、How do we safeguard your right of access to information

Except as otherwise provided by law, as an individual user of the Software, you have the right to access your personal information. You can do so in the following ways:

1. After logging into the APP client and connecting the printer on the interface, you can click "Recently Used" on the homepage to view your relevant job information.

2. In principle, you do not need to pay for your request to review your personal information, but for repeated requests that exceed three times within three months, we will charge a certain cost as the case may be.

Ⅵ、How do we correct your personal information

When you found that there is an error in the personal information we have collected from you, you have the right to request us to make a correction. You may get in touch with us. We will respond to your correction request within 5 days.

Ⅶ、How do we delete the collected personal information

1. You can delete the information collected by the Software in the following ways

1) Uninstall the APP directly.

2. You may request us to delete your personal information :

·If you think that we process your personal information in violation of relevant laws and regulations;

·If you think that we have processed your information without your consent;

·If we process your personal information in violation of our agreement with you;

·If you cancel your account or refuse to use our product;Upon receipt of your request for deletion of personal information, we will undertake to respond to your request within 15 working days. Please be aware that, in case that the law requires us to retain certain information, we are obligated to do so even if you request the deletion of your personal information;

3.We may periodically review the data we hold and unilaterally delete anything that is no longer necessary to provide you with services at our discretion.

Ⅷ、 How do we protect your right to withdraw your consent

We fully protect your right to withdraw your consent to the collection and use of personal information. When you choose to withdraw your consent, we shall not subsequently process the personal information corresponding to the authorization, and we shall not be able to provide you with the functional services corresponding to the authorization.You contact us to do so for you.

Ⅸ、How do we manage the cross-border processing of information

Currently, we will not use, store, share and disclose your personal information in cross-border business, or transfer your personal information overseas. If we need to transfer your personal information across borders due to any subsequent changes in our service content, we will only do so after obtaining your consent and meeting other conditions stipulated by laws, administrative regulations or the national cyberspace administration.

Ⅹ、 Changes to this Policy
We may revise this Policy at any time, and the updated version, along with the date of revision, will be posted on the Software. We will not limit your rights under this Privacy Policy without your consent. For major changes, we will also provide more prominent notification and request your express consent again when you first log in after the Policy is updated. If you click Agree or Next after this Policy has been updated and you have been notified by us, it indicates that you have fully read, understood and accepted the revised Policy.
Any revised version of this Policy will only be effective from the date when it is posted.
