Method: Check the power connector and confirm the DC socket and power supply whether the plug of the device is connected to the printer connect properly. Turn on the power switch.
2.Print head holder not closed.Please close print head holder
3.Reason: Exhausted label paper.Label installation path is incorrect.Gap sensor detection is incorrect.
Method: Install new label paper.Please refer to the various items installed on the label.Adjust specifications and print .
4.There may be a label jam in the printer .Cleaning the inside of the printer
A. Turn off the printer power
B. Press and hold the PAUSE button and the FEED button at the same time.
And turn on the printer until the printer is powered (blue light)， while the error (red) light is off，release the pause(PAUSE) button and FEED button.

The continuous label length of the machine is 2286mm, and the medium width is 20-60mm.Labels out of range cannot be printed
